DUO DUEL AWARDS   (Solo 5k Award Categories shown further down this page)
Four Divisions - Male, Female, Co-Ed and Organization
 
Add your age to your teammate's age to get your category.      
Awards to First Place and Second Place DUOs in each category.
(OVERALL Duo Winners (M-M, F-F, Coed) do not also win their age category.)
  
Male             Under 40  (Example: one runner is 18 years old and his teammate is 20...their age
                                        category is 38; therefore they would fall in this Under 40 age category)

                    Male -- two male runners, both must work at same company/organization
                    Female -- two female runners, both must work at same company/organization

Solo 5k Awards

1st and 2nd place awards for male categories and female categories in following age groups:
14 and Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
