A cool run, very unique. Start on Commercial Ave ... run the 'Canyon' on Commercial to the path along beautiful East End Beach up Cutter Street to the East Prom, grab a water at The Bangor Savings Bank Water Station down Fore St, left on Hancock, Right on Thames which becomes Commercial, back to the Start/Handoff/Finish . CHIP-TIMED!
(More details on Course Map Page.)    * FIRST LEG - Start at Commercial and Center. Head out along Commercial Street to East End Beach, up Cutter Street to the East Prom, left down Fore Street, left at Hancock, back to Commercial Street, heading back to Center Street. As you approach Center Street you will be directed to veer to the right around a small turn-around and you will hand off to your teammate, finishing at Commercial and Center.
* ANCHOR LEG - same 5k course, Start at Commercial and Center. Finish at Commercial and Center.
